Dispensable Water - Yanko Design
The Source Project indulges in a whole new mode of purchasing and dispensing packaged drinking water. The arrangement requires store owners and vendors to install a Source Water Fountain exterior their shops, like how y'all accept those candy dispensing machines. You need to do a onetime purchase of the special Source Bottle from them, so make full up the water. Every time you purchase a refill of water, y'all get credited a certain number of redeemable points. The highlight is the unique water-filling process and the bottle.
The bottle fills via a valve in the base; see the video as information technology explains the process nicely. Oh, and the points are transferred from the fountain system to the vendor'south log via RFiD engineering science.
On the confront of it I quite like the idea; however information technology will exist a bummer if you have already purchased a Source Canteen and forget to carry it with you lot. The bottle blueprint is pretty sleek and slim, but that merely goes on to diminish its capacity. Pregnant if you consume h2o pretty often (like you should), then you lot're gonna need to tank upwards regularly. Too this system requires also much of an effort, no thing how sustainable and long lasting it promises to exist.
