Has anyone managed to find a solution to this problem?  I am trying to install Windows 8.1 from a Windows viii.ane 64bit OEM DVD, bought for £eighty from what appeared a reputable company.  The boot starts ok from the DVD, using the custom install choice onto Drive 0 Sectionalisation iv: Windows.  Later on an hr or so, the mistake code 0x80070570 appears and a message about missing files is posted; the installation stops.  Running chkdsk c: from an MSDOS prompt doesn't report whatever errors.  An earlier endeavor to reinstall from a recovery USB memory stick also failed in a similar mode, so I don't think it's the DVD drive.  Help, please!
